Right Thinking.

The last time we read that what symbolizes light to the mirror in the case of human reflection is right thinking. Right thinking and critical thinking are synonymous. Right thinking elder said, is the art of sorting the truth from false, fact from fiction. A truth seeking activity or venture. It is one of the characteristics of thinking well. Other features of thinking well include: (a) creativity (b) imagination (c) intellectual sympathy. These are all features exhibited by the original thinker.
Every concept, belief, school of thought, or conviction started as an idea. An idea is unproven fact. It is also called premises or assumption when they awiats factual validation. 
Facts are ideas, premises or assumptions that have been analyzed either mathematically, statistically, historically scientifically (or experimentally), culturally, over time and found valid. Not all ideas go through all these analytical stages. Most skips the scientifical stage, unless they are to be used by the university or organization. Ego and social status affects the credibility of any fact. That is why a right thinking individual is wary of them. The ability to properly hypothesis, construct, evaluate an argument by careful, active and persistent consideration of any fact, belief or form of knowledge in the views of grounds that support and then enhance the conclusion to which it tends is known as right or critical thinking.
The following are components of right or critical thinking:
(1) Interrogating assumptions: this can be achieved by asking the question 'what if';
(2) Clarifying questions: obtained by asking the questions how or why;
(3) Evidentiary enquiries: it's obtained by asking supportive examples or analogies or by substantiating your claims;
(4) Asking questions that requires examination of alternative views or perspectives;
(5) Request to consider implications and or consequences of a particular assumptions. 
All or few of these are what are considered when evaluating an argument or ideas in order to separate facts from fiction. 
Elder told me that the best way to get good at right thinking is by practice. He said you don't become a prayer warrior by reading about it but by praying; this is equally true if you wish to become the heavy weight champion, you become that by rigorous practice.

Food

Food is edible substance(s) that human eats for growth and or sound health. There are seven basic classes of food namely: dietary fibre, carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, water, minerals. Humans have been advice to take adequate proportion of these classes of food for normal growth and healthy living. Similarly, the mind just as the body needs to be feed for proper functioning.
